Mobile data has seen huge growth with the introduction of smartphones and 4G/5G data devices. Vanilla Telecom can deliver GPRS, UMTS (3G) and HSDPA packet data services. Data services are available on any approved device on GPRS 900/1800 or UMTS 850/2100 compatible device.

We can supply either branded or blank white SIMs to our MVNOs. Branded SIMs can have your artwork on the plastic SIM body and an updated electronic SIM profile.

Communication by SMS is an effective way of keeping in contact with your customers. Our Wholesale Messaging Solutions offer Application Service Providers a cost effective method to send and receive high volumes of SMS messages, allowing event notification and customer queries by SMS.
We operate carrier grade infrastructure that provides reliable global messaging solutions at aggressive local pricing. We operate our own, high performance, Australian based Short Messaging Service Centre (SMSC) with domestic and international SS7 based interconnectivity with additional reach (e.g. USA networks) through Sybase 365, the global leader in international messaging.
We also have the capability to deliver voice notification and text-to-voice notification services.
