Think No Limits
With Think No Limits you can pay your bill using a direct debit authority to a bank account or credit card, or you can use another allowed payment method when you receive your bill each month.
Think No Limits does not allow unlimited airtime credit. Think Mobile reserves the right to contact customers and if necessary bar voice, messaging or data services where there is abnormally high usage. Think Auto Pay
With Think Auto-Pay your bill is automatically paid using your nominated credit card whenever your account balance exceeds $100 per service, or on your monthly bill payment due date. You will receive a text message to your mobile phone advising you whenever a credit card payment has been made.
The credit card that you use to purchase the Think Mobile connection pack will be the one used for Think Auto-Pay billing. If you would like to change this credit card number at a later date, please use Think Mobile Selfcare or contact Think Mobile customer care on 1300 2 THINK (1300 2 84465)
Note: If you have two Think Mobile services on your account your bill will be paid using your credit card when your account balance exceeds $200. You will still receive an itemised bill from Think Mobile once a month which enables you to keep track of your calls and any payments made during the month. You can also use the Selfcare online tool to track your unbilled usage at any time. Please note that calls may take between 24 to 48 hours to process.
