How the Thuraya Trade-in Program works
Review the information
and select an offer.
Submit your order via the
Pivotel Online Store.
Complete the Pivotel Trade-in
Declaration Form.
Declaration Form.
Send your trade-in equipment and
Declaration Form to Pivotel by post.
Declaration Form to Pivotel by post.
Within 10 business days Pivotel will validate your trade-in application and ship your order.
Once you receive your order, activate
your service(s) in the online portal.
