Pivotel White Label Application Services are application services developed by or for Pivotel which are available to Application Service Providers as "white label" solutions.

Typically, these applications utilise Pivotel devices and/or communication services. These services are provided on a "white label" basis, enabling Value Added Resellers to use their own branding when reselling Pivotel's applications. Pivotel White Label Application Services are currently available to support tracking and alarm monitoring, or alarm monitoring only.

Pivotel TracerTrak White Label - Mapping and Alarm Monitoring

Pivotel's TracerTrak White Label solution is an application designed as an asset finder and alarm management web-based user console. TracerTrak White Label can be made available to third party Application Service Providers as a white label product, to be co-branded or re-branded where this type of application will add value to an Application Service Provider's suite of solutions. TracerTrak White Label supports mapping, tracking and alarm management as well as external alerts by outbound e-mail and SMS, and inbound queries by inbound SMS.

Pivotel Alarm Monitoring Only Application Services

 TracerTrak White Label can also be supplied without GPS and without mapping and tracking functionality.  This is ideal where remote fixed infrastructure is being monitored but location information is not required. This solution reduces costs by removing the mapping elements. TracerTrak White Label supports alarm management as well as external alerts by outbound e-mail and SMS, and inbound queries by inbound SMS.
