Pivotel Billing Services are bureau based billing services that are available to VARs and ASPs who are reselling Pivotel wholesale communication services or white label application services.

Pivotel Call Centre Services are bureau based call centre services that are available to VARs and ASPs. Pivotel operates a national call centre in Southport, Queensland and has experience providing third party call centre services for various service providers including ASPs and telecommunication service providers. Pivotel's national call centre staff will answer calls from your customers as if it was your own call centre.
