When your phone cannot be switched ON
   •   Check whether the battery is properly attached.

   •   Check whether the battery is charged.

   •   If power cannot be switched ON even with a connected charger, contact Customer Care.

When the message “Insert SIM” appears
   •   Insert SIM card.

   •   Try to remove and reattach the SIM card.

   •   Is the SIM card still activated? The SIM card can be deactivated when the wrong PUK code is entered.

   •   Check whether the connectors of the SIM card are clean and free of any foreign matter.

When you open the SIM card holder
   •   If you have a dual-cut SIM ( the kind that can be used as a standard sized SIM or Micro SIM) please ensure you only break-out the standard SIM and not

the inner Micro SIM. If you already popped out the Micro SIM by mistake contact customer care.

When sending GPS data to PC is not working.
   •   Is the data cable properly connected?

   •   Check which data Port settings are selected. For detailed instructions (see page 65 of the Thuraya user manual).

   •   Check if the data baud setting is compatible with your PC or laptop.
