When the phone cannot be switched on
   •   The Red key on the phone needs to be pressed for at least 2-3 seconds in order to switch the phone on or off.

   •   Check whether the battery is discharged or not properly attached.

   •   If the phone cannot be switched on even with connected charger, please contact Customer Care.

When the message “Insert SIM” appears
   •   Insert a valid SIM card and check if it is inserted properly.

   •   A SIM card can become invalid if the wrong PUK code was entered. Please contact your Customer Care in that case.

   •   Check whether the SIM card contacts are clean and free of any foreign objects.

When you open the SIM card holder
   •   If you have a dual-cut SIM ( the kind that can be used as a standard sized SIM or Micro SIM) please ensure you only break-out the standard SIM and not

the inner Micro SIM. If you already popped out the Micro SIM by mistake contact customer care.

   •   If you already changed the security code and the code has been lost please contact Customer Care.

When the phone does not react anymore (freezing)
   •   Remove the battery and restart the phone. If this happens repeatedly please contact your Service Provider.
